For help with the app, backups, reminders, or a subscription, email 17666236862a@gmail.com. Please include your iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send private medical information unless it is necessary to explain the problem.

Backups

PetHealthLog uses user-initiated iCloud Drive backup export and import. Make sure you are signed in to iCloud, have iCloud Drive enabled, and have enough storage available. Import uses Replace all, so review the warning before confirming.

Reminders

To receive local reminders, enable reminders in PetHealthLog and allow notifications in iOS Settings. Reminders are created from dates you enter for vaccines, parasite prevention, and medications. Daily health notes do not send daily push notifications.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are managed by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in the app after signing in with the Apple ID used for the purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
